Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1004 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported localized flooding in Leesburg due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding has been occurring. Between 4 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
