.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Erin is forecast to pass well east of the
local waters today before turning northeast and out to sea by
late week. Hazardous boating conditions continue as building
swells reach the coast and breezy north-northwest winds develop.
In particular, very dangerous boating conditions will exist near
inlets especially during the outgoing tide cycles through

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas building 10 to 15 feet. Increasing
north-northwest winds 15-20 kts.
