.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable boating conditions anticipated
through this weekend, with a low chance of showers and isolated
storms possible. A strong cold front then moves across the local
waters late Sunday into Monday, with increasing winds and seas
leading to deteriorating boating conditions early next week.
