.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the eastern US weakly extends over
Florida and the local Atlantic waters, as a weak frontal boundary
meanders south of the local waters. Poor boating conditions
continue early this morning across the Volusia and offshore Brevard
waters, then improve through late week as as seas decline and
winds slacken.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas up to 6 feet this morning across the
Volusia and Brevard segments.
