.SYNOPSIS...High pressure along the eastern seaboard will produce
an onshore wind through the weekend. Building seas late Saturday
through next week will produce poor to hazardous boating
conditions. Heavy rain and lightning storm potential increases
next week as deep moisture and a frontal boundary reach the local
waters.
