Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
one third of the waves, along with the occasional height of the
average highest ten percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge axis to the east-southeast of the
local Atlantic waters is expected to build west towards the area
on Friday. West to southwest surface winds are expected with
south to southeast afternoon sea breezes near the coast each
afternoon of 10 knots. Shower and lightning storm chances will be
below normal into this weekend. However, isolated storms will be
capable of strong wind gusts and locally higher seas.
