.SYNOPSIS...Boating conditions deteriorate today as freshening
winds veer south to southwest and seas build ahead of a cold front
approaching the waters today. Scattered, fast- moving, gusty
showers and perhaps a few lightning storms will push off of the
coast this afternoon and early evening ahead of the front. The
front pushes through the area tonight, with winds and seas slowly
subsiding through mid- week, as weak high pressure settles over
the southern Appalachians.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...South to southwest winds increasing to
20 to 25 knots, with seas building up to 7 feet north of Sebastian
Inlet.
