.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable boating conditions anticipated
through this weekend. Scattered offshore moving storms are
forecast near and north of the Cape Sunday ahead of a strong cold
front. The front moves across the local waters late Sunday into
Monday, with increasing winds and seas leading to deteriorating
boating conditions early next week.
