.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will maintain generally favorable
boating conditions through early next week. Scattered showers and
storms are forecast each day, capable of gusty winds and frequent
lightning. A surface high is forecast to expand over the eastern
U.S. into the middle of next week, leading to increasing winds and
seas across the local Atlantic.
