.SYNOPSIS...Favorable boating conditions continue, with a gentle
to moderate east to southeast breeze continuing across the waters
through much of this week. Isolated to scattered showers and
lightning storms will continue to develop over the Atlantic
waters, especially during the nighttime and morning hours.
Increasing coverage of lightning storms is forecast from Thursday
into the weekend.
