.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Erin, east of the Carolinas, will continue
north-northeast and farther out to sea through late week.
Hazardous boating conditions continue as large swells continue
across the waters and only slowly subside through tonight. In
particular, dangerous boating conditions will exist near inlets
especially during the outgoing tide cycles today and tonight.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas 7 to 9 feet this morning, diminishing
to 6 to 8 feet this afternoon.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream based on
the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Thursday, August 21st, 2025.
