* WHERE...Southern Two Thirds of the Open Waters of Lake
  Michigan, and Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop
  Harbor IL.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
