* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast wind gusts to 25
  kt and waves 4 to 6 ft expected. Winds veer west overnight. For
  the Gale Warning, west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
  expected.

* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Port Washington to Winthrop
  Harbor IL.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to
  9 AM CST Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from 9 AM Thursday to
  3 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
