Washington WI to Winthrop Harbor IL...

At 552 PM CDT, observations indicated gusty winds between 25-30
knots behind a cold front. Gusts will quickly taper over the next
30-60 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally
