.DISCUSSION...

Easterly 20 foot winds will prevail in the vicinity
through this afternoon. Sustained readings between 6-12 MPH are
forecast, with gusts between 10-15 MPH possible through late
afternoon. Relative humidities will be near 70 percent at
ignition, falling into the middle 50 percents this afternoon.
Readings could drop into the lower 50 percents if temperatures
warm more than currently forecast. Clouds will increase late this
morning, with chances for rain showers entering the forecast
during the mid to late afternoon hours. Best chances for rain will
be this evening into the first half of the overnight.
