.DISCUSSION...

Snow showers are expected this morning with the potential for a dusting
of snow on grassy surfaces. Winds will be out of the north with gusts to
30mph this morning and a slight easing to 20 to 25 mph this afternoon.
Highs will be around 40. This afternoon, more scattered rain and snow
showers are anticipated. Min RH values will be around 40% given some of
the moisture imparted by this morning`s snow. That being said, the boundary
layer will be well mixed, with mixing heights of 7000ft. This combined
with the elevated near-surface winds, will cause smoke dispersion to be
excellent.
