.DISCUSSION...
Dewpoints are low this morning but will gradually increase today
as lake effect clouds affect lakeshore areas and a little moisture
returns to inland areas as winds shift to the northeast and then
east. The min RH values will range from 60 percent near the lake
to around 40 percent west of Madison.
Look for increasing southeast winds (with gusts up to 20 mph) and
warmer temperatures over southern Wisconsin on Sunday. With a dry
air mass in place, the min RH values on Sun will be in the 40 to
45 percent range for most of the area.
