.DISCUSSION...
Light northwesterly winds throughout today, with RH values falling
into the 40s in central Wisconsin and the 50s elsewhere. Mixing
heights up to 5000 ft in central Wisconsin and around 3000 ft
elsewhere. Isolated to scattered showers and storms late this
morning into this afternoon, with 15 to 40% coverage.
Monday, increasing southeasterly winds gusting up to 25 mph
through the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms develop across
central to southwestern Wisconsin by Monday afternoon, with
widespread showers and storms spreading southward overnight
Monday. A widespread wetting rainfall is expected.
A moist airmass remains in place through Tuesday, with rain
potential lingering near the WI/IL border. RH values in the 50s
and 60s. Winds remain gusty out of the southwest with gusts up to
30 mph Tuesday morning, shifting to westerly with gusts up to 15
mph during the afternoon Tuesday.
