.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will remain over the Great Lakes Region through
Tuesday. The slow moving and strengthening high pressure is
currently overhead today. By late Tuesday into Wednesday the
high pressure will be over the New England states and its
influence over Wisconsin will break. Light and variable winds
are expected through Tuesday. Winds become easterly Tuesday
night and then southeast to southerly Wednesday. Temperatures
will be in the upper 70s to mid 80s through mid week with
minimum RH values in the upper 30s to upper 40s.
