.DISCUSSION...

Hot and humid conditions continue into early next week, with
multiple rounds of showers and storms forecast through Monday
afternoon. Storms may produce heavy rainfall, with a Flood Watch
in effect through 7 AM Monday morning to the northwest of
Milwaukee. Between 2-4 inches of total rainfall are possible in
the Flood Watch area, with isolated locally higher totals. A weak
surface front will cross the area Tuesday night, bringing slightly
drier air into the area on Wednesday. Southerly winds will return
on Thursday, allowing humidity to increase once more. Additional
chances for showers and storms are possible during the later week
period.
