* WHAT...Snow accumulations from yesterday and last night will
  remain in place for a long duration.
  temperatures could lead to icy conditions.

* WHERE...All of Eastern North Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...The snow from yesterday will continue to produce very
  treacherous travel conditions as temperatures will be below
  freezing through this morning.
