CARTERET COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM EDT...

At 534 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Stacy, or 10 miles southwest of Cedar Island, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Harkers Island, Cedar Island, Sealevel, Marshallberg, Davis, Straits,
Smyrna, Atlantic, Otway, Williston, Open Grounds Farm, Stacy,
Portsmouth Village, Ocracoke Light House, Ocracoke Ferry Terminal,
Cape Lookout Lighthouse, Cedar Island Ferry Terminal, Ocracoke
Lighthouse, and Gloucester.
