* At 1225 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near The Mouth Of The Pamlico River to near The
  Mouth Of The Neuse River to near Ar285, moving northeast at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Marine observations. This line of thunderstorms has a
           history of producing wind gusts of 30 to 35kt around
           Bogue Sound and the Neuse River.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Cape Hatteras, Engelhard, The Mouth Of The Neuse River, Ocracoke
  Inlet, Hobucken, Cape Lookout Bight, Pamlico Sound, Ar225, The
  Vicinity Of Atlantic, Ar250, Ar230, Ar275, Swanquarter, The
  Vicinity Of South River, The Vicinity Of Davis, The Center Of The
  Pamlico Sound, Cedar Island, Drum Inlet, Northwest Places, and
  Hatteras Inlet.
