* At 927 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 15 nm northwest of Surf City to Topsail Boxcars to 8
  nm south of Wr4, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
