* At 1245 PM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Oregon Inlet to near Pamlico Sound to near The
  Vicinity Of Cedar Island, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 60 knots.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
           waves.
