* Special Marine Warning for...
  S of Cape Lookout NC to Surf City NC out to 20 nm...
  Waters from Cape Lookout  to Surf City NC from 20 to 40 nm...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 938 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 8 nm southeast
  of Topsail Boxcars to 12 nm northeast of Wr2 to 16 nm southeast of
  Ar355 to 29 nm southwest of Big Ten Fathom, moving northeast at 20
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bogue Inlet, Ar355, Ar345, and New River Inlet.
