* At 106 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 nm southeast of Rodanthe to near Pamlico Sound,
  moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cape Hatteras, Hatteras Village, Pamlico Sound, Rodanthe, and The
  Center Of The Pamlico Sound.
