* WHAT...Low temperatures from 32 to 35 degrees and calm winds will
  result in frost formation.

* WHERE...A portion of eastern North Carolina.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
