* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt and choppy waters expected.

* WHERE...Albemarle Sound and Alligator River.

* WHEN...From noon today to 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate southwesterly winds are expected
  to develop today in advance of a cold front approaching from the
  west. Additionally, outflow from weakening thunderstorms may
  lead to a short burst of westerly winds this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHEN...From noon today to 2 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate southwesterly winds are expected
  to develop today in advance of a cold front approaching from the
  west. Additionally, outflow from weakening thunderstorms may
  lead to a short burst of westerly winds this morning. These
  winds will lead to elevated seas through this evening.
