...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  very rough waters.

* WHERE...Albemarle Sound and Alligator River.

* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from Wednesday
  afternoon until Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous waves will
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Duck to Surf City, and
  portions of Croatan, Roanoke and Pamlico Sounds.

* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from Wednesday
  afternoon until Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas will
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
