.DISCUSSION....
Weak backdoor cold front will cross ENC this morning and stall off
the southern coast this afternoon. Scattered showers and storms
are possible along this front and the sea breeze this afternoon and
evening, with coverage expected to be slightly greater than yesterday.
No severe risk is expected with this activity, but any stronger storms
could bring brief periods of heavy rainfall and wind gusts up to 30-40
mph. Chances decrease into the overnight hours before increasing again
just before dawn. Northeasterly winds this morning around 5 mph will
become southeasterly at 5-10 mph early this afternoon with gusts to 15
mph possible. Winds switch back to east-northeasterly at around 5 mph
overnight. Min RH today expected to be around 50%.

                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
