.DISCUSSION....
High pressure building in behind a departing low, bringing fair, but
dry weather to ENC. Light southwest winds this morning, with a sea
breeze moving through in the afternoon, around 2 PM. There is a
slight chance of the sea breeze initiating earlier than forecast, which
would have it move through the spot forecast point around 1 PM.
5-15 mph south-southwesterly winds and slowly increasing dewpoints
behind the sea breeze. RH`s will drop to 20-30% this afternoon.
Winds light out of the south-southwest overnight. Sea breeze timing
Thursday similar to today with southwest winds 5-15 mph
behind it.
