Temps are currently in the upper 80s, with the high temp around 90 later this afternoon. Light southwest winds at 5-10 mph observed as of 12:30 PM will strengthen and become more southerly behind a sea breeze moving through between 2-3 PM today. South to south-southwest wind gusts up to 20-25 mph are possible after 4PM, continuing through the evening. Surrounding observations show relative humidities between 40-50% as of 12:00 PM, expected to decrease to near 40% when temperatures are maximized later this afternoon. Tonight, frequent southwest wind gusts near 25-30 mph will continue over nearby bodies of water, but over the spot location gusts will struggle to reach 20 mph. Most likely scenario is wind gusts of around 15 mph overnight at the spot location as a low level inversion keeps winds down. Sunday will see similar conditions to today before a weak cold front pushes through the area Sun night into Monday. Rain chances Sunday night and Monday afternoon are 10-15%. .REST OF TODAY...
