.DISCUSSION...
Light and variable winds this morning will become southeasterly
this afternoon as a weak seabreeze moves through. The southeast
wind shift is expected to occur between 2-4pm. After today, a more
dominant southwesterly wind pattern is expected, along with an
increase in winds compared to today. Despite deeper mixing today,
winds aloft will be weak, and this is expected to keep vent rates
low. Vent rates improve beginning on Wednesday.
