.DISCUSSION....
Strong NE winds will continue to gust to 20-30 mph across the
coastal plain and 25-35 mph along the coast. Inland min RHs will
be 55-65%, slightly higher than yesterday as moisture increases
ahead of the approaching coastal low. There`s a slight chance of
showers today, mainly east of Highway 17, with rain chances ramping
up tonight and tomorrow. Current storm total rainfall totals (today
through Sunday) has 2-5+" generally east of Highway 17 with highest
totals along the Outer Banks. West of Highway 17, storm total
rainfall amounts in the range of 1-2".
