Fire concerns are expected to remain LOW over the next few days.

Widespread, beneficial rainfall of 1 to 3 inches fell across
Eastern North Carolina yesterday. This plus light winds and
moderate to high relative humidities is expected to keep fire
concerns LOW over the next 2-3 days. Looking ahead, additional
widespread rainfall is expected Friday and Saturday.
