.DISCUSSION....
Tropical Depression Three, which formed earlier this
afternoon, is forecast to slowly drift inland across the
Carolinas this weekend. Resultant influx of moisture
results in increased PoPs into next week with the
potential for periods of moderate to heavy rainfall.
