Hurricane Erin is expected to pass offshore Wed night and Thursday,
but significant coastal impacts in the form of very dangerous
seas, life threatening surf and rip currents, as well as
significant beach erosion and areas of overwash are expected this
week. Stronger swell from Erin will begin to arrive later today,
with impacts expected to peak Wednesday and Thursday.
