  Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.

* Until 100 PM EDT.

* For the following hazards...
  Cloud to ground lightning within 10 miles of the airport.
  Westerly wind gusts 30 knots or higher.

* At 1105 AM EDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar was
  tracking a thunderstorm over Windsor...moving east AT 25 MPH.

* Lightning and gusty west winds are expected to begin by 12 pm EDT.
