Total snow accumulations of 4 to 12 inches above 3000 feet, with locally higher amounts up to 18 to 20 inches over the higher mountains. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Western Siskiyou County County. This includes higher portions of Sawyers Bar Road west of Etna and areas along Highway 3 near and south of Callahan to Scott Mountain summit. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
