* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...In California, Klamath River Valley, Scott Valley, Shasta
  Valley, and the Klamath Basin in both Siskiyou and Modoc counties.
  In Oregon, the Umpqua Basin, Rogue Valley, Illinois Valley,
  Applegate Valley, and the Klamath Basin in southern Klamath County.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
