...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or
  less in dense fog. For the High Wind Watch, south winds 25 to 35
  mph with gusts up to 50 mph possible.

* WHERE...For the Dense Fog Advisory, portions of I-5 through the
  Shasta Valley and Montague. For the High Wind Watch, the Shasta
  Valley in Central Siskiyou County, including Weed, Montague, and
  portions of Interstate 5 and highway 97.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM PST Wednesday. For
  the High Wind Watch, from Wednesday morning through late Wednesday
  night.

* IMPACTS...For the Dense Fog Advisory, Low visibility could make
  driving conditions hazardous. High winds may move loose debris,
  damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...In California, in western Siskiyou County, the Klamath
  River and Scott valleys, including Highways 3 and 96. In Oregon,
  the Rogue, Illinois, and portions of the Applegate valleys,
  including I-5 from near Grants Pass south to Medford and Phoenix,
  Highway 238 west of Applegate and east of Jacksonville, and
  Highway 199 from Grants Pass to the California border.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
Pedestrians and cyclists should wear bright or reflective clothing
to increase the chances of being seen by others in poor visibility
conditions.

* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Lake County, Modoc County, and eastern and
  northern Klamath County, including Summer Lake, Paisley, Winter
  Rim, Lakeview, Adel, Valley Falls, the high terrain of Modoc and
  Lake counties, and portions of highways 140, 395, and 31.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles.
