...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 degrees in Oregon
  valleys and as low as 25 degrees in California valleys.

* WHERE...In California, the Shasta and Scott valleys, the lower
  Klamath River valley, and the Mount Shasta region. In Oregon, the
  Rogue, Applegate, and Illinois valleys.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
