* WHERE...Modoc, Klamath and Lake Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Unsecured objects may be lost or damaged.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds persist overnight, but could ease
  for a time into Thursday afternoon. Strong winds are likely to
  redevelop Thursday evening with gusts to 60 mph into Friday
  morning.
