For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts around 35 kt and seas 8 to 12 ft at 9 seconds. * WHERE...For the Gale Warning, all of the outer waters. For the Small Craft Advisory, all of the inner waters and then expanding to all waters by late Thursday morning. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Thursday.
