Winds ease this evening, becoming south to southwest 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas remain steep and transition to swell dominated 10 to 12 ft at 13 seconds through Tuesday afternoon. Winds increase again Tuesday evening to south gales 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Gales quickly shift to northwest late Tuesday night.
