Tonight, south winds increasing to 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas becoming very steep 11 to 15 ft at 8 seconds. * WHERE...All southern Oregon coastal waters. * WHEN...The Small Craft Advisory is in effect until 10 PM PST this evening, followed by a Gale Warning from 10 PM this evening to 7 PM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels.
