For the Gale Watch, north winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 7 to 11 ft at 6 seconds possible. * WHERE...Steep seas developing this morning from around 3 to 30 nm from shore, then expanding across the area this afternoon. Gales and very steep seas are likely south of Port Orford late Sunday morning into Monday morning, while steep seas persist in the northwest and near shore portions of the area. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 8 AM PDT Monday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday morning through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels.
