.DISCUSSION...A frontal system will pass today, but the biggest
impact will be a slight uptick in southwest winds that then
weaken and turn easterly. Forecast soundings show a low level
inversion tomorrow morning, so low clouds and patchy fog are
possible. High pressure builds Wednesday into Thursday with mostly
dry weather and temperatures warming by 10 to 15 degrees. The
ridge moves east, so rain could arrive with another front later
Thursday.
