MONDAY...

.DISCUSSION...A strong inversion will be in place this morning
with little mixing (<900ft) until about 9 AM. Thereafter, mixing
will begin with deep mixing anticipated this afternoon. It will be
warm this afternoon with highs around 90 degrees. Wind speeds
will pick up in the afternoon and early evening hours in similar
fashion as yesterday but slightly less in strength as compared to
yesterday.
