.DISCUSSION...Snow showers and gusty winds will continue through
the day Tuesday. Winds shift to west in the afternoon as the upper
level pattern finally transitions Tuesday night into Wednesday. A
lengthy episode of dry and seasonably cool weather is expected
beginning Tuesday night through early next week. Winds will ease
Tuesday night, but shift to north then easterly by Wednesday.
Expect periods of poor mixing with strong inversions during this
upcoming dry stretch.
