Thunderstorm coverage will be relatively diminished today
compared to recent days, with activity today focused across
western/central Siskiyou County. A more defined open trough
approaches the region on Sunday, bringing increased thunderstorm
activity to northern California as well as enhanced afternoon
breezes and below normal temperatures. A dry, more stable pattern
is expected next week, with thunderstorms dropping out of the
forecast by Monday and a warming trend for the latter half of the
week.
